AMT320/WT is a computerized testing system designed for the complete production testing of DC-AC and/or Brushless motors for actuators, which control:
- Awnings
- Rolling shutters
- Windows Blinds
- Gates
- Garage doors
- And many other similar products
In addition to standard safety tests (ISO/IEC/EN60335-1, ...) the system using an active brake performs specific tests to check:
- Maximum Starting Torque at reduced Power supply voltage
- Load test with measure of Rpm – Torque – Efficiency with the possibility to set the load in braking or pushing mode
- Check of the brake shifting angle (the motor is not powered and a torque is applied in CW and CCW directions)
Others special functions allow:
- The checking of mechanical or electronic limit switches
- The calibration of electronic limit switches
- The complete check of control receiver
- Possibility of parallel testing on multi-stations to minimise the testing cycle time
AMT320/WT can manage testing on automatic lines, rotating workbenches, single or double station manual benches, ... Often, with this kind of products, the bench is designed on request.
