Report about the use of cookies

What are cookies?

The website linked to e.d.c. electrical dynamic company s.r.l. (hereunder e.d.c.) uses cookies in order to make its own services simple and efficient for the users viewing the pages. The users acceding the Website will see a minimal quantity of information in the device in use, both being a computer or a peripheral device, in small files of text called “cookies”, saved in the directory used by the browser web of the user. There are several types of cookies, the aim of some is to make the use of the Website more efficient, the aim of others is to abilitate precise functionalities.

Cookies of the Website Manager

These are the so called “cookies of the first part” meaning the ones sent and used directly from the Website.

The Website uses “technical” cookies, thus cookies needed to make navigation possible or to provide a service requested by the user. Some actions could not be performed without them, or more likely, these actions would be much more complex.

“Technical” cookies are divided into:

  • Cookies of navigation or of session
These cookies guarantee the normal navigation and fruition of the Website (eg. authentication in a confidential area), thus aimed at making the same navigation within the Website functional and optimized. These cookies are always activated and are necessary for the functionality of the Website. They include cookies that allow the user to be remembered when he/she navigates in the Website within a singular session or, if requested, from a session to another. In the case of them being blocked, the Website would not correctly function.
  • Cookies of third parts
These cookies are sent and used from a website different from the one by e.d.c. Here it is possible to find exclusively analytical cookies of Google Analytics.
The Website uses the service offered by Google Analytics in order to have a reliable and complete service of statistics concerning the use of the Website itself. With the aim of guaranteeing the privacy of the users in the most rigorous way possible, in compliance with the indications given by the Privacy Guarantor, we communicate that we succeeded in anonymizing the IP (hence Google Analytics will be able to make anonymous the IP address of the user as soon as this will be technically possible in the most upstream passage of the net in which the data collection takes place).
In addition, the Website Manager was also able to modify the setting of the “sharing of data” with Google Analytics and, as a consequence, Google will have to use the personal data registered through the service only in the limits of the instructions decided by the same Website Manager, also paying attention not to share
    them with other Google services.
In the light of reason, the user must be concerned that the advertising options and the ones concerning the sharing of data with Google have not been activated and that Google Analytics has not been linked to any other added service: the processing, thus, is performed only for statistical aims and hence, on the basis of what has been explicitly decided by the Privacy Guarantor: Analytics cookies have been equalized to technical cookies and as so installed without the prior approval of the user.
