This solution is often chosen in case of armatures of medium-big size and/or with a really wide range of models, both from the bars number point of view and from the dimensions point of view.
In fact, comparing to a static testing (where the armature is inserted into a dedicate plug – and in this case, on the one hand the advantage is the speed of the testing but on the other hand the disadvantage is the rigidity of the plug, meaning that this accessory allow the test only of one model of armature, with specific dimensions and number of bars, therefore the flexibility is sacrificed to the testing speed), this solution allows to test, using the same mechanical bench, armatures with different numbers of vars and different dimensions.
For this kind of benches, the cycle time is 1 second for each bar of the armature in test.
The standard benches proposed are the following:
- AAT/WR1 Rotative Bench to test armatures up to 600mm of shaft length;
- AAT/WR2 Rotative Bench to test armatures up to 1800mm of shaft length.
As for the other e.d.c. systems, also with this kind of system is possible to require the design and realization of a testing system dedicated, which satisfies all the Customer’s requirements.
