The system can be developed to test armatures on single or double station or on multistation, normally through rotating table.
The system is based on a static automatic testing; therefore the armature is inserted by the operator into a suitable contacting plug and then the armatures bars are tested with an automatic testing sequence.
Each plug is realized for a specific model of armatures to be tested (for a precise number of bars and dimensions).
To a bench can be associated more interchangeable plugs, in order to allow the same system to test different armatures models.
If the Customer range is product is constituted by 2 main models, it’s possible to realize a special double station workbench, with every station dedicated to a specific model (with plugs always substitutable).
There are really many possibilities for the workbench layout and in every case is always possible to ask for a personalized design.
The bench can be compact, to be placed on a table or floor standing. It can be single, double or multistation. The protection can be physical (rigid transparent protection cover with horizontal, vertical or other kind of opening, with manual or automatic closure and opening, or it can be used optical barriers.
