Encoder Check

The encoder test permits to check the right the rotation of the motor and to measure the maximum gap between the two phases A and B of the encoder. As the encoders can be up to two, it is necessary to select the right one and to set the correct voltage of its power supply. During the test the encoder will run at Speed +/- tolerance. The system will calculate the maximum gap between the two phases A and B during the test. The maximum gape A-B Phase is measured with degrees. If the measured A-B Phase is within the setting parameters A-B Phase +/- Tolerance and eventually the rotation is running in the right way the system will define the test as being "GO". Otherwise if either one of the two is not correct the system will define the test as being "NOGO".
