The instrument 8170CF is a professional portable instrument to perform AC Dielectric Strength Test on electronic components, electric motors, armatures, coils, transformers. It is ideally suited for repair personnel and service centres.
This instrument is very compact, light and fast. The version of the test is basic: it’s applied a settable voltage and it’s measured the overall current present in the product, determining therefore the eventual fault.
There are two instrument versions available (8130B4 and 8130B5), with maximum testing voltage up to 4000Vac or 5000Vac.
