Automatic Acquisition of the Characteristics of the Pumps

For the automatic acquisition of the characteristics of Electro-pumps, e.d.c. proposes the system ATC320/WP. This system includes the HW interface for connection to hydraulic benches for the pump characterization. The system automatically can control the regulation valves, acquire for the sensors the values of capacity, pressure, temperature, rotation speed. ATC320/WP acquires the curves of head, flow, power (electrical, hydraulic) and the efficiency (total and hydraulic). The system can perform NPSH measurements.

ATC320/WP includes HW interface for connection to hydraulic benches in which, through transducers, the values of capacity and pressure can be measured and the correspondent head calculated.

The pumps characterisation can be performed in Automatic or Manual Mode.

ATC320/WP includes an Industrial PC with WINDOWS 7/10 Operating systems.

It allows the saving of both the test configuration and test results.

The test results can be printed out either in graphical or tabular forms.

With Option ATC/MT the system can manage braking systems (see datasheet 4220/xx BRAKING SYSTEM) performing the same function as the ATC320/W for characterisation of electric motors (measurement of Torque-Rpm_ Efficiency, ….).

  • Winding Temperature Increment (ATC/Rx)

  • NPSH tests (ATC/NPSH)

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

  • Display of the test results as Display, Table or Graphic
  • Graphic visualisation of up to 6 curves with 6 independent Y axes
  • Interpolation of the results curve (Spline or Best fitting)
  • Storing of the results and exporting function with pdf, CSV, EXCEL format
  • Ethernet Interface

OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

  • ATC/Rxx Automatic acquisition without sensors of winding temperature increment while the motor is running under load
  • PWS. Electromechanical or electronic power supply up to 300KW
  • ATC/CC automatic insertion of a Capacitor with the possibility to change its value during the test
  • ATC/PWM Electric measurements with the motor powered with an Inverter (PWM signals)
  • ATC/VT Software to perform life tests on the motor under test
  • ATC/MT Hardware and Software options that allow the characterisation of the electric motors using EDC braking systems Model 4220/xx . With this option the system performs the same tests as ATC320/WM system.
